His Legal Assistant, Kathleen, was very courteous and efficient, and got documents to me, right away. Gery is very fair, hard-working, sincere, compassionate, and I would highly recommend him to anyone pursuing justice for themselves. Together, we fought hard, for over 3 years, against a terrible GC, who took my money, ran off with it, and abandoned my job, never even getting me a valid certificate of commencement. The GC hid behind his LLC, and a sketchy post office box address, to avoid being served papers, and this business still owes me thousands. This GC manipulates the system, shows no remorse, and never did the work that I hired him to do. Ultimately, Gery was able to win my case against this terrible person, and has done everything possible to have the courts grant me legal restitution.
