About Speaker Gerardo (Gery) Rodriguez-Albizu
Gerardo J. Rodriguez-Albizu is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney who represents domestic and international clients in complex litigation and cross-border matters. His extensive experience includes cases involving the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), sophisticated commercial disputes, international copyright infringement, Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, trade secret litigation, and real estate disputes. He also advises clients in both commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, real estate purchase and sale agreements, and other business-critical legal matters.
Mr. Rodriguez-Albizu’s practice extends across multiple jurisdictions, including cases involving Central and South America, the Dominican Republic, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
