Kathleen MacDonald

Kathleen MacDonald serves the firm with a strong foundation in operations, client service, and administrative leadership. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to ensure that processes run efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care. 

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kathleen is a licensed and insured dance instructor and serves as Lead Instructor of Coastal Cadence Line Dancing, where she promotes community engagement and structured instruction.

Kathleen is married to her best friend and the proud mother of two children, Carissa and Charley. She values integrity, dedication, and family in both her personal and professional life.
