Dawn Mondo

Dawn Mondo is a real estate paralegal at R|A Law, bringing substantial experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including title processing, transaction coordination, and post-closing. Her attention to detail and client-centered approach make her an integral part of the firm’s real estate practice.

Originally from Chicago, Dawn brings a diverse professional background to her role. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she worked in Workforce Development, where she successfully secured more than $4.8 million in grants for the City of Chicago, a testament to her organizational acumen, persistence, and commitment to serving others. That same dedication now shapes the care and precision she brings to every client transaction at R|A Law.

Now based on Florida’s Treasure Coast, Dawn is proud to be part of the R|A Law team and is committed to growing her career in real estate law while serving the firm’s clients with professionalism and care. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two college students, one pursuing a career in real estate and marketing, following in the family tradition, and another competing as a varsity collegiate bowler with aspirations in professional bowling. She especially enjoys cheering them on in their academic and athletic pursuits.
